Remediation Staffing Services
MMI provides HIPAA remediation assistance by supplying your organization
with additional HIPAA-trained personnel to meet needs ranging in services

The Payment Manager™
This software provides HIPAA compliant electronic payment solutions
to manage your electronic HIPAA Claim Payments™. Multiple methods
to deliver electronic remittance data and payments are supported.
TPA versions of The Payment Manager™ facilitate claims funding

The Remittance Manager™
This customizable software provides HIPAA compliant electronic remittance
solutions to manage receipt of electronic HIPAA Claim Payments and
Electronic Remittance Data from health plans and banks. This product
provides receipt services for billing companies where they need a
way to dial up to the different banks used by their different doctors
and pull down information about payments. The EFT trace numbers received
from those banks are then "associated" with the related
remittance data sent electronically. In other words, The Remittance
Manager™ assures that the money is in the bank before the billing
company takes the remittance data and posts and closes any accounts.

The Transaction Translator/Validator -The T2V™
This stand-alone program can either reside at your location or function
as an outsourced service bureau solution. The T2V™ will capture,
evaluate, translate and validate transaction files, code sets or data
to the HIPAA compliant standards.

MMI will develop the required payer companion documents that identify
trading partners’ specific data requirements for transactions
